I don't know what it is about this week but I just haven't been feeling very fancy or particularly adventurous with my clothes. That being why this week you've seen very casual clothes in my go-to's: oversize, black, white, gray. I think I'm stuck in that in between phase where I'm so ready for summer to be over (I'm not a summer girl), and want fall to get here already, but I can't wear fall clothes because it's just still so hot out. I also can't be bothered to put on makeup other than a lip gloss. Not too sure what's up with the blurry photos either. Clearly my camera is also exasperated with my blah attitude.
I've also been wearing my glasses a lot. And these ones are new. Sent to me by Firmoo, I was excited to give this shape a try. They're sort of geek chic and I dig them. I feel the same way this week.
My feeling is due to the fact I'm stuck at home still recovering from my surgery but still all I want to wear is comfy light sweaters and jeans.

If this is you being blah BBF, you still look fabulous!! I think that's what's great about go-to pieces, they still look chic even if you're not feeling it (which you should - you do look great!). I am SO WITH YOU on being over summer. Not to mention this summer has been a scorcher. Bring on cold weather!

I wrong something almost exactly like this yesterday. Gotta love jeans and a comfy jacket once and a while! I have almost the exact same striped sweater from Forever21. They are so cozy and versatile!

I like these kinds of days sometimes, it helps me to relax and reflect. And somehow I always seem to get a burst of creativity and create outfits or other art pieces. It's good to have them and I think you look great. Love the glasses and jacket, super cool :) xx
