{Lookbook} Bright and Plaid and Comment Love

This post is going to be two-fold.  First, I want to show you what I wore today when I went to a meeting.  I have worn this cardigan before (here), and it is often on heavy rotation in my wardrobe due to the amazing neon color.  I paired it with a classic white button down that fits me to perfection.  My pants on the other hand have been too big on me basically since I bought them but I can't seem to part with them.  I love the wide leg, they happen to be my favorite dress pants.  I felt cool and casual but still professional and put together in this look.  I bought these loafer heels years ago and they've always been a go-to in my wardrobe when I'm dressed up.  What do you think?

What I'm Wearing:
Neon cardigan: Banana Republic
White button-down: Express
Pants: New York and Company
Loafer Heels: Target
Necklace: Fossil Vintage Collection

For the second part of this post, I wanted to give you my weekly round up of my favorite comments.  Be sure to check these blogs out!

Love how you always get your take on trend. These suggestions are brilliant! I always find it such a bummer when I like a piece donned by somebody and when I check the price tag...Mama Mia!!! Thanks for sharing these amazingly beautiful pieces! and I'm sure my wallet will thank you as well:) Xx Alexandra

Hi! Just found your blog. I am engaged and getting married in June, so I'm excited to read about your planning!! I cannot believe just one month in you've sorted all of those things out!! Good for you!!! We are also having a small wedding, and I've decided that if anyone is hurt that they weren't invited or anything, I'm just going to explain that we wanted it to be an intimate affair and only wanted family and our closest friends. I think people will understand... I hope! :)

Why did you alert me of said leather pants at such an affordable price? Now I feel compelled to buy them. I love the way you styled them. Especially the first one with the floral blouse. Adorbs.

Thanks for the nice words <3

Wow, you're really brave to wear that kind of pants while in shops we (mostly) can only see those ,,skinny jeans". I admit - you look great in your outfit!

the cardigan is beautiful - I love bright colors so you get an A for that - and your pants, I just love them - you know what i do with stuff that is too big for me and I don’t want to part with them? I take them and get them altered - you should do that. the loafer do have a professional look witch is great for meetings :) have a great day my dear.

Love the color of your cardigan!

The grey trousers look great - not at all too big. I too love items of clothing that are both stylish and comfortable. It's not all about fitted and figure-hugging.
